With our own falconery, an Outdoor Training and Incentive Agency, one of the most sophisticated shooting ranges in Europe, a hunting school and horse livery with a capacity to board up to 45 horses the Linslerhof offers you perfect general conditions for your incentive events or your individual company event. Premises with a capacity of up to 500 persons, wonderful forests, meadows and gardens permitting a large range of arrangement options at the estate for an overall concept especially tailored to your wishes. A large converted potato cellar, a 600 m2 barn as well as the converted Marstall offer a variety of indoor options.
Outdoor-Trainings & Incentives with Ast-Werk
The goal is to bring groups of all kinds into the countryside in order to allow first-hand lively learning. Embarking on adventures together out there in the countryside, overcome obstacles and solve tasks – this does not only require the creativity of every single participant but also the strengths of the whole team. Through similarities with corporate structures exercises can be integrated which, at first hand, make perceptible the interdependence particularly in terms of communication and cooperation. The participant turns into an actor and his own actions will lead to immediate and real consequences. Action-oriented learning projects are exciting and efficient tools to initiate change processes in groups. Basically, these are easily implementable team tasks which can be realized with little work involved and require little physical effort on the part of the participants.

Falconery is leadership – the Emperor Frederik II, who often explained that „only the one who is good at falconery can lead an empire“, already noticed this in his book "De arte venandi com avibus“ – the art of hunting with birds.
The art of handling wild birds of prey provides deep insights and new views on how to lead employees.
In three respects the falconery is a real challenge:
- to lead a being which cannot be more free,
- to lead a being which may regard the falconer as useful without building a dependence,
- to understand a being in its entirety and lead it to a certain success.
More than 30 hunting birds and birds of prey have found their home at the „Saarländischen Jagdfalkenhof“ (Saarland hunting falcon estate) at the Lindslerhof and are integrated into the modern leadership management. Learning by doing.
