Rent a vintage car

At the Linslerhof you can rent vintage cars and explore the neighboring regions of Saarland, France and Luxembourg – or make your wedding & events even more attractive.

Vintage cars evoke memories of bygone days and convey an exhilarating driving experience: man and machine are directly connected, the mechanics are a visual pleasure, as well as the aesthetically shaped, sensual forms. Oldtimer driving is most enjoyable in an area like the western Saarland, and the neighboring countries of France and Luxembourg. Unspoilt, well-kept roads in hilly landscapes promise pure driving enjoyment. Even a wedding or a celebration gets a special flair with a vintage car. Visit us at the ADAC Oldtimer Days at the Linslerhof.

Our Oldtimer

Porsche 914

Born from a cooperation between Porsche, VW and Karmann, the 914 is the first production sports car with a longitudinally installed mid-engine. The performance in combination with the low weight and the optimal weight distribution gives rise to go-kart feelings. The Targa roof intensifies driving fun when the sun is shining. The design of the 914 combines practical approaches with bold lines – a real eye-catcher whose boxer sound makes you listen.

Mercedes 230 S Universal

The Mercedes-Benz W 111 was also called “big fin” among fans. From the beginning of 1965 an estate version was licensed by Daimler-Benz and manufactured at I.M.A. Belgium under the name “Universal” to Mercedes quality specifications. Due to the cooperation agreements with Daimler-Benz, IMA estates are considered the only “official” of the tail fin models. With this car you glide through the countryside royally and have room for family, picnic or groomsmen.

Lancia Fulvia

At the Turin Motor Show, Lancia introduced the elegant Fulvia 1.2 Coupé in March 1965. With its timeless, graceful design, the Fulvia Coupé is considered the masterpiece of Pietro Castagnero. The Fulvia has a very advanced front wheel drive for its time, disc brakes, an elaborate suspension, which ensures excellent road holding. With this car Lancia was able to win numerous rallies and circuit races. A chance to drive and experience a milestone in automotive culture.

Lotus Elan 130s plus 2

One of the most ingenious car designers was probably Colin Chapman. The Englishman had a maxim that determined his works: “Take away everything unnecessary and then add lightness to it”. He won several titles in various racing series and enlivened the streets with fast, agile and stylish cars. The Lotus Elan plus 2 embodies this approach, because its steel frame with the attached body made of glass fiber reinforced plastic promises the lightness that, together with the advanced technology – engine with two overhead camshafts, chassis with four disc brakes and independent wheel suspension – conveys pure driving pleasure.

VW Beetle

Means of transport of a whole generation, icon of the hippie movement and still running. The VW Beetle was the only car to get an animal name that truly reflects its memorable, natural shape. It is easy to drive and the affection, which is brought to the beetle, radiates onto the driver. Perfect for a trip to the countryside, or a flower power wedding.

Karmann Ghia

The body line of the Karmann Ghia is the basis of his success. The Italian Luigi Segre, employee of Carrozzeria Ghia in Turin, has designed the incomparable shape together with Felice Mario Boano. The reliable technology comes from Volkswagen and allows a casual driving experience that combines movement with enjoyment. This car is ideal for picnicking or weddings.

The Swedish brand Husqvarna stands for design, lightness and sporting success. When Steve McQueen raced through the Californian desert on a Husqvarna machine in the movie “The Devil on Hot Fire Chairs”, the cult status of the brand was finally sealed. The model Svartpilen is modeled on the legendary Silverpilen (Silver Arrows) of the brand, whose design and construction style can be described as beautifully simple and reduced to the essentials. Flying on the Svartpilen 701 like an “arrow” through the landscape, you can rediscover the joy of motorcyclists in their purest form..
