Your tasks

• Preparing and serving food in our à la carte restaurant and at banquets and events
• Collaboration in menu and meal plan design
• Ensuring that kitchen operations run smoothly
• Responsibility for cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Support with ordering goods, storing and checking food
• Induction of new colleagues and trainees

 

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook
• Experience in à la carte cuisine or hotel gastronomy an advantage
