Which rooms are available for weddings at the Linslerhof?Restaurant
with beer garden: Ideal for smaller celebrations with up to 50 people.
“Hubertus” ballroom: Elegant room with rose garden and dance floor for up to 90 guests.
“Marstall” ballroom: Spacious hall with covered outdoor area, hotel lawn and dance floor for up to 160 people.
Each room has its own bar and counter area as well as direct access to the terrace or garden. Free WLAN and parking facilities are also available.

Can I also celebrate my wedding outdoors at the Linslerhof?Yes
, the Linslerhof offers the option of celebrating your wedding outdoors. Depending on the booking situation, you can use the outdoor area for your ceremony and celebration.
Is there accommodation available for wedding guests?Yes
, the 4-star Hotel Linslerhof has 60 rooms. Special group rates with discounts of 10-15% are offered for overnight stays.

Does the Linslerhof offer support with wedding planning?Our
banquet team will support you in selecting the venue and organizing the event. You can bring in your own service providers for decoration and entertainment.
Can we take leftover food with us?
There is plenty of
food
available for your party and it will be freshly prepared and replenished by our kitchen team. For reasons of hygiene, we do not offer take-away food. We ask for your understanding.
When can we set up and take down our decorations?The
decoration of the room is generally possible from 10.00 a.m. on the day itself.
The decoration in our restaurant is possible from 11.00 a.m. on the day itself.
Dismantling should also take place by 10.00 a.m. on the following day.

When can we start using the outdoor area?The
outdoor area, as well as the dream possibilities, are set up 2 hours before the start of the ceremony/wedding. The decoration can be done on the day itself.
When will our contact person be on site?Your
contact person will be on site 2 hours before the start of the event.
How and when can we deliver wedding cakes and gateaux?
Wedding cakes and cakes for your event can
be
delivered on the day itself from 12.00 noon. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept deliveries before this time.
We would ask you to bring your own cakes in cardboard boxes and label them. Please do not bring your own cake boxes or plates. We cannot accept your own cake boxes.
If you do bring your own cake boxes, we will charge a flat rate of €100.00.
Is there a cover charge?
We charge a cover charge of €8.00 per person
for
cakes/cakes brought along. This includes the filter coffee buffet, tea and crockery. We are also happy to cut the cake for you in advance.
If you have chosen the drinks package, we charge a cover charge of € 3.50 per person.
Can we use fireworks, sparklers or similar?Fireworks
, sparklers, sparklers or similar are not permitted on the entire site or on our premises.
You are welcome to use glow sticks or a laser show instead. A registered fire show with a permit, performed by qualified personnel, is also permitted. Please inform us in advance.
Is confetti allowed?Indoors
: Confetti is permitted on our premises. We charge a cleaning fee of €150.00 for this.
In the outdoor area: We ask you to refrain from using confetti, rice, artificial flowers, blossoms or similar. We charge a cleaning fee of € 350.00 for use.
Is there a projector with a screen on site?
We will
be happy to
provide you with one free of charge. Please contact our service management about half an hour in advance.
Where can I park?
Sufficient parking spaces are available
on
the grounds of the Linslerhof. Please do not park directly in front of the event rooms and do not block any access roads. Service providers are also requested to drive their vehicles to the designated parking spaces after loading or unloading.
Is there a closing time and night surcharges?The
time limit for your party is 3.00 am. We charge a flat rate of € 290 per hour or part thereof after midnight.
When are deposits and invoices due?In order to
guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of € 40.00 per registered person approx. 1 year in advance.
8 weeks before the event, a further advance payment of € 60.00 per registered person is due. The remaining payment will be made against invoice within 10 days.
Can we cancel our booking?
The entire booking can be canceled free of charge up to 180 days before the event. Up to 120 days before the event we charge 25%, up to 90 days before the event we charge 50% and less than 60 days before the event we charge 80% of the booked service. Details can be found in our general terms and conditions.
Is tipping customary?A
topic that is rarely addressed openly, but one that is important to us as it appreciates our work. After 1-2 years of planning as your direct contact, we, the service and kitchen staff, are very happy to receive a small token of appreciation. How much? That’s up to you, of course. As a guide, we recommend 5% of the total amount. Thank you very much!
Are price adjustments possible?We
reserve the right to pass on price increases of up to 10% to our customers due to cost increases (e.g. food). We will inform you of this at the beginning of the wedding year in our new banquet folder.
When can our service providers set up and dismantle?
In principle, the same set-up and dismantling times apply
for
service providers as for decoration. Exceptions are possible after consultation with us.
The dismantling of the DJ equipment is limited to a maximum of 1 hour from 3.00 am.
Can we change and rearrange the event room?We
ask you not to rearrange the event room yourself. We also ask that you do not enter our private areas (storage, kitchen) without prior consultation.
If you have any questions, we are here for you at any time and will be happy to answer them. It is not permitted to stick stickers (or similar) on the walls and floor!
Who is liable for the gift table & equipment?We
would like to politely point out that we cannot accept any liability for the gifts and envelopes placed on the gift table, nor for technical equipment or similar.
