Linslerhof is ideal for birthday parties, anniversaries, summer parties, barbecues, Christmas parties, family celebrations and other private events.

For how many people are private parties possible at the Linslerhof?Our

rooms offer space for up to 300 people. The cozy restaurant with beer garden can accommodate up to 50 people. The elegant “Hubertus” ballroom has room for 90 people, while the “Marstall” ballroom with its covered outdoor area and hotel lawn can accommodate up to 160 people.

What catering options are available for private parties?We

offer various culinary options, including:
Barbecue evening for small groups: Ideal for summer parties or casual get-togethers.
Winter buffet: Perfect for festive occasions in the cold season.
Christmas party with menu: Festive menu for your private Christmas party.

Are there special offers for outdoor summer parties?Yes

Can I decorate the rooms according to my wishes?Yes

When can we put up and take down our decorations?

Decorations can be put up

in

our rooms from 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
Decorations can be put up in the restaurant from 11:00 a.m.
Dismantling should be completed by 10:00 a.m. the following day.

What technical facilities are available for private parties?Our

rooms are equipped with modern technology, including music systems and projectors.

Is there accommodation available for guests?Yes

, the Linslerhof Hotel has 60 rooms. Guests at your party can stay overnight at special rates. We offer special group rates with discounts of 10-15% for overnight stays.

Is there a cover charge?If

you bring your own cakes or gateaux, there is a cover charge of €8.00 per person. This includes filter coffee, tea and crockery. We are also happy to cut the cake in advance on request.
If you book the drinks package, the cover charge is reduced to €3.50 per person.

Can we use fireworks, sparklers or similar effects?Fireworks

, sparklers, sparklers or similar effects are not permitted anywhere on the grounds or in our indoor areas. Alternatively, you can use glow sticks or laser shows. A professional fire show with permission is possible by prior arrangement.

Is confetti allowed?Indoor area

: Confetti may be used. We charge a cleaning fee of €150 for this.
Outdoor area: Please refrain from using confetti, rice, artificial flowers, blossoms or similar decorations. If used, a cleaning fee of €350 will be charged.

Can I organize an individual supporting program for my celebration?Whether

music, entertainment or special activities – you are welcome to bring in your own service providers and create your own individual program.

Can we take leftover food with us?

We provide sufficient freshly prepared food

for

your celebration, which our kitchen team will replenish as required. For reasons of hygiene, it is unfortunately not possible to take away food. Thank you for your understanding.

Is there a closing time and night surcharges?Your

event can take place until a maximum of 3:00 am. We charge a flat rate of € 290.00 for every hour or part thereof after midnight.

What about tipping?Tipping

is voluntary, but highly appreciated as it recognizes the work of our service and kitchen staff. As a guide, you can give around 5% of the total amount. How much you want to give is up to you. Thank you for your appreciation!
