Beautiful event location in Saarland

In our versatile event rooms, we make your individual event possible for every occasion. We offer spacious ballrooms with a dance floor for lavish parties and a large number of guests. Small family celebrations in the restaurant are also very welcome. Celebrate your wedding or birthday in our party location. Of course, you can decorate the rooms according to your taste or simply enjoy our classic chic. A professional music system contributes to the wonderful ambience. We are also happy to provide a suitable selection of food. Whether buffet or à la carte – our kitchen team will spoil you and your guests with regional delicacies. Decoration

The decoration of the room is generally possible from 10 a.m. on the day itself. Dismantling should also take place by 10 a.m. on the following day.

Outdoor area and wedding ceremony

The outdoor area, as well as the dream possibilities, are prepared 2 hours before the start of the ceremony/wedding. The decoration can be done on the day itself.

Wedding cake and c

akesWedding cakes and cakes for your event can be delivered from 12 noon on the day itself. Unfortunately, it is not possible to accept deliveries before this time.
We would ask you to bring your own cakes in cardboard boxes and label them. Please do not bring your own cake boxes or plates.

Cover

chargeWe

charge a cover charge of € 8.00 per person for cakes/cakes brought along. This includes filter coffee buffet, tea and crockery. We are also happy to cut the cake for you in advance.
If you have chosen the drinks package, we charge a cover charge of € 3.50 per person.

Fireworks, sparklers and the likeFireworks

, sparklers and the like are not permitted anywhere on the grounds or on our premises.
You are welcome to use glow sticks or a laser show instead. A registered fire show with a permit, performed by qualified personnel, is also permitted. Please inform us in advance.

Confetti

indoors: Confetti is permitted on our premises. Here we charge a cleaning fee of 100,00 €.
In the outdoor area: We ask you to refrain from using confetti, rice, artificial flowers, blossoms or similar. We charge a cleaning fee of € 300.00 for use.

Projector and screenWe are happy to

provide these free of charge. Please contact our service management about half an hour in advance.

ParkingSufficient

parking spaces are available on the Linslerhof grounds. Please do not park directly in front of the event rooms and do not block any access roads. Service providers are also requested to drive their vehicles to the designated parking spaces after loading or unloading.

Closing time and night surchargesThe

time limit for your party is 3 am. We will charge you
a flat rate of € 250 per hour or part thereof after midnight.

Deposits and invoiceIn order to

definitely guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit of € 40 per registered person approx. 1 year in advance.
8 weeks before the event, a further advance payment of € 60 per registered person is due. The remaining payment will be made against invoice within 10 days.

Cancellation policyThe

entire booking can be canceled free of charge up to 120 days before the event. Up to 90 days before the event we charge 50%, less than 60 days before the event we charge 80% of the booked service

What services are typically included in the event packages?Packages

often include room hire, champagne reception, buffet (or menu), drinks, use of technology such as projector/screen, wedding ceremony in chapel or wedding room and often also overnight accommodation for guests or the wedding couple.

Are there supporting programs or assistance with the event organization?The

Linslerhof banquet team will support you in planning and organizing your event. Decorations, entertainment and other services such as a music system or florists can be arranged individually with the service providers of your choice.

Can the hotel also be booked for overnight stays as part of an event?Yes

, the 4-star hotel with 60 rooms is available for overnight stays so that guests can stay comfortably on site.

What are the cancellation and prepayment conditions for events?The

conditions depend on the package booked. For winter weddings and other events, there are fixed conditions such as minimum number of participants and advance payments. It is best to check the offer individually.

What catering options are available at the Linslerhof?Whether

buffet or menu, regional cuisine, drinks packages – the Linslerhof kitchen team puts together meals and drinks according to your wishes, including your special requests for events.

Is decoration and flower arrangement included, or can you bring your own decoration?You can realize your

individual decoration with your desired service provider on site. Rooms can usually be decorated from around 10 a.m. on the day of the event.

Are there any restrictions or rules (e.g. noise, fireworks, curfew)?Yes

, fireworks or open flames are generally not permitted (exception: registered fire show with specialist personnel). There is a closing time – the party usually ends at 3:00 am. Cleaning fees apply for certain elements such as confetti/rice etc.

What are the transport links and parking facilities at the Lisnlerhof?The

Linslerhof has plenty of parking spaces and is easily accessible. Free Wi-Fi and parking are generally included. Wallboxes for electric cars are available.

What technology and equipment (e.g. music system, projector) is available?A music system

and technical equipment such as a projector and screen are available – usually free of charge or as part of the package. Everything can be prepared on request.

Can the event location also be booked during the week or in the off-season, possibly with more favorable conditions?Yes,

events are possible during the week. Seasonal packages such as winter weddings also show that more favorable conditions are possible depending on the time.

How early should I start planning and booking my event?Depending

on the size and type of event, it is advisable to book at least several months in advance. For special dates or large events such as weddings, early reservations are recommended. However, the Linslerhof also offers corporate events at short notice – please contact our conference team.
