The idea for our own gin with regional herbs was born on our herb hike on the Wendelinusweg: pimpinelle, meadowsweet, meadow sage flowers, spruce tips and other carefully selected botanicals, finely balanced and distilled with great craftsmanship, give it its characterful, balanced aroma. Something special has been created between old walls, wide meadows and genuine hospitality: Linslerhof Dry Gin. Inspired by the unique atmosphere of our historic estate and the Saarland’s culture of enjoyment.
Enjoy our Linslerhof Dry Gin in the Linslerstube or take it home with you in a 0.5 or 0.2 liter bottle. You can purchase the gin in the restaurant or at the hotel reception.
