Sehr schöne Anlage, freundlich, nur Restaurant entspricht keinesfalls dem Anspruch des Hauses- LocationPerfekt einfach.

- RestaurantQualität des Essens nur durchschnittelich, an zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen die gleich Vorspeise und Dessert auf der Karte. Personal restlos überfordert, 40 min zwischen zwei Gängen nicht akzeptabel. Abgegessenes Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt, musste selbst erledigt werden

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt leider gar nicht. Man zahlt eine Unmenge an Geld für einen schlechten Service, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und ein Zimmer das nicht richtig sauber und stickig ist. Das Personal ist mit kleinen Anfragen, wie einem Sprudel überfordert und leider auch nicht aufmerksam. Der Frühstückstisch wurde nicht abgeräumt, es wurde nicht reichlich nachgefüllt und die Auswahl war begrenzt.- Location

Leuk hotel met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Leuk uitgebreid ontbijt met kwaliteitsvolle (streek) producten. Aangename wellness area. Fitness ruimte mag groter en meer verschillende toestellen hebben.- Location

Beautiful, romantic getaway with delicious food. Excellent value for money.- LocationThere were some steps to climb, but it is a historic hotel. Great that you have an elevator. Maybe offer guests who are disabled or pregnant "Do you need help getting your bags to your room?"
- RoomRoom was huge, and the bed, sheets, and pillows were all super comfortable. It was hot in the room and just one small window. Maybe offer a fan in the rooms during summer?

- RestaurantI was so impressed with the food. Exceeded all expectations and was reasonably priced. Loved the small desserts so that you could try a variety of things. The BBQ was fantastic!
- Conference / BanquetGreat space. Well equipped. Delicious and abundant snacks and drinks, in the room and during the coffee break. Room was nice and cool in summer, despite the hotel weather outside.

- PriceAls Hochzeitsgast könnten die Zeiten für das Ein- und Auschecken flexibler sein.
- BreakfastFrühstück leider nur bis 11 Uhr; um 10 Uhr sah das Buffet schon relativ leer aus. Nur Standard-Aufbackbrötchen, keine Pancakes o.Ä.; Schöner Frühstücksraum, allerdings Stühle/Tische nicht gerade bequem. Insgesamt Frühstück zu teuer, für das was angeboten wird.
